Zenvira offers courses for spiritual development tailored for entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives. By engaging with these resources, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Our services include live workshops, group sessions, personalized coaching, and community activities designed to support your journey.

3. Info Products

We provide digital guides, video series, and downloadable materials that complement our live offerings.

4. Goods

Physical items such as books, journals, and meditation cards are available to enhance your practice.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are payable via credit card or bank transfer before access is granted. We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is complete.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

For service bookings, you may request a new date by notifying us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled time. If you need to cancel, please inform us no later than 14 days in advance.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

If you submit a reimbursement request at least 14 days before a workshop or coaching session, we will process it through the original payment method within 10 business days. Once a one-on-one session is confirmed, no reimbursement is available, as this reserves dedicated time and resources.

7.2 Info Products

Digital materials qualify for a 7-day review. If you experience technical defects, contact our team for a replacement or a reimbursement if the issue cannot be resolved. After files are accessed, all sales are final.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back for a reimbursement or interaction within 30 days from receipt. Items must arrive in original condition. After inspection, we will process the reimbursement within 10 business days. Shipping to send items back is at your expense unless items arrive damaged or defective.

8. No-Reimbursement Services

Certain premium retreats and VIP packages are final sale due to limited spaces. All sales for these offerings are final to ensure quality and exclusivity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenvira is not responsible for indirect or incidental issues that arise from participation in our offerings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
